Cancelling Before Shipment
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. Go to My Orders and select “Cancel Order,” or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives, following our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Modifications
Need to change your delivery address or product size before your order ships? Contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate the change, though we can't guarantee it once an order is being processed.
