Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Have all original tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned
• Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged
• Apparel can only be returned if it is received damaged. Size, fit, or preference exchanges are not available for apparel

What Is Considered Damage?

Our jewelry is handcrafted and delicate. Minor variations and imperfections are a natural part of handmade jewelry and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Minor transit issues, such as a stone becoming loose during shipping when it can be easily fixed with adhesive
• Minor disjoints that can be restored with a gentle press
• Slight irregularities or minor imperfections in Jadau stones resulting from the handcrafted nature of the piece

If you still wish to return an item for any of the above reasons, the return shipping and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any claim involving a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, an uncut, continuous 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening and continue throughout the complete unboxing process.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to accept or process claims for damaged or missing products.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Self-Ship: You may ship the product back to us using a reliable, trackable courier service. We recommend using Speed Post.

Pickup Service: We can arrange a return pickup for ₹125. The pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Please note that Wow Stunning is not responsible for returns lost or damaged while in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining your tracking details.

Refunds & Store Credit

For eligible standard returns, Store Credit only will be provided. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you a store credit code that can be used toward a future purchase.

Cash refunds are provided only when a damaged product is verified through a valid unboxing video and we are unable to provide a replacement.

• Original domestic and international shipping charges are non-refundable
• The ₹125 return pickup fee will be deducted from store credit

International Orders

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or related charges.

International returns must also meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
